Children’s Ministry

Out of an abundance of caution, Grace Presbyterian Church has suspended all of our ministries apart from corporate worship on Sunday mornings and evenings until the social distancing requirements resulting from COVID-19 are relaxed. We will resume offering programs for children, youth, and adults as soon as it is safe to do so.

Infants thru 2 years

Our nursery is set up to invite children into a world of wonder as they are exposed to God’s grace through the arms of loving volunteers. With an environment that is full of hands-on toys and books, our nursery is a place where children and parents can feel safe and secure as well as be introduced to the basics of God’s Word through simple songs and stories.

Children’s Church

While we invite families to worship together, we also offer Children’s Church during the second half of the Worship service for children 3 and 4 years old. This class is designed to teach children how to worship the Lord Jesus Christ in an age-appropriate atmosphere. Activities are integrated into a format similar to the worship service in hopes of introducing the different components of worship as well as instilling their importance to the children.

Pre-School thru Kindergarten

Our preschool through kindergarten classrooms are designed to meet kids where they are with the love of Christ.  We are investing in future generations who will grow up and have an impact in our world. Led by loving volunteers, the kids experience God and His Word through kid-style learning activities, creative Bible teaching and worship, and small-group relationship building.

Elementary – First thru Sixth Grade

Grades 1-6 are shown how the Bible fits together as a whole.  Many of these students have heard Bible stories over the years, while others hear the amazing Bible accounts for the first time.  In each case, we strive to help our students understand the Bible message through small-group discussion and peer-relationship building in a relevant, fun environment.
